Ranjan Bhattacharya is a seasoned property investor and developer who over the last 25 years has built an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial property in London. He is a former management consultant with Accenture and has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management. He bought his first investment property in 1990 having just graduated from University. With no cash of his own, he had no choice but to structure the deal to be no money down purchase. Ever since then, buying income generating property with little money down, has been the ‘corner-stone’ of his investment strategy.
For the last several months, Ranjan has been actively preparing for all of the changes that are being enforced upon landlords. Not only has he been preparing, he has been actively investing and benefiting from the uncertainty that has paralysed many property investors.
On the night, Ranjan will share with us a number of property investment strategies that he and a number of his associates are using to make progress during these trying times.
