Event Information

Tessa Shepperson has specialised in landlord & tenant law for over 20 years. As well as running Landlord Law, and the Landlord Law Blog, Tessa also writes several other blogs and websites, including the Tenancy Agreement Manual, Lodger Landlord, Property 118, and Property Tribes.

She also writes for several journals and newsletters including Property Investor News and the London Accreditation newsletter.

Tessa’s most recent development is her Easy Law Training service which she runs with Ben Reeve Lewis and her husband Graeme Gee.

On a personal level Tessa and Graeme’s son Patrick was born in October 1996. Graeme still works with Tessa in a supportive role, as well as with the Easy Law Training service.
